New Bohemians: THE VISUALIZER

Name:  TJW

Occupation: Photographer

Years in New York: Four

Hometown: Sarasota, FL

What brought you to New York?  School (SVA).

What do you love about the city? The lights, the fashion, the galleries, the service.

What do you hate? Human feces on the street, Murray Hill, Williamsburg.

What's your definition of a New Yorker? Someone who can navigate the subway.

Best or worst New York moment? July, 4th 2008. When Joey Chestnut reclaimed the mustard-yellow belt for the United States.

What three things are you addicted to right now?  Carl's steaks, Ska, 35mm Black and white film.

What one New York job would you want to do, if you weren't who you are?  I'd love to start a 3-piece punk band and play songs that never exceed one and a half minutes.

Where do you see yourself in five years?  As lost as I am now.

If God were an animal, what would it be? A human.

What do you think the difference is between faith and religion? Faith is love. Religion is a lecture series.
