The Launch Issue, Issue I

Working Class started as a simple idea in a Brooklyn apartment, with a photo shoot and a few friends. It turned into a rapidly expansive project of artists, local businesses, writers, musicians, photographers, beautiful people and creative types. This issue was the beginning of it all, with our shoot at 200 Orchard, a great establishment in the lower east that has since shut down, with Rebecca Ohlson, a beautiful friend and girl who has since passed. As things continue to grow and change, so does Working Class. We hoped from the beginning to be a pulse of creativity in Brooklyn, New York City and beyond.
