| The Political Issue, Issue IV When it comes to politics, everyone seems to have an opinion. We first introduced this issue just like we did past ones and the response was explosive – people had something to say about the goings on of our government and the current state of America. But politics runs so much deeper. People’s recognition and action towards politics often happens from the barstool, the barber’s chair, the coffee shop, the chess tables in Tompkins Square or the dorm lobbies of NYU. Discussion is key in sparking argument, anger, resistance and interest. But where is the activism? In this issue Working Class took a deeper look into the art world and political motivations. |
